Provincial Stream Competitive

Provincial Stream: Competitive

The Provincial Stream program offers athletes the opportunity to continue developing their skills as they progress from LCOMP to this level. The main routine will be in the team category, while some swimmers may be selected to perform in a duet or solo routine. The practice schedule is designed to support athletes to balance training with other activities during the week. Provincial Stream athletes are expected to commit to our entire ten-month season, attend 6 – 10 hours of practice each week (depending on their LTAD stage) and compete at three or four regional and provincial meets each year.
