National Stream (High Performance)

National Stream: High Performance

Rise to the TOP!

Athletes who wish to pursue artistic swimming competition more seriously can participate in different levels of competitions regionally, provincially, nationally, or internationally, or wanting to be considered to join the Canada National Team selection process, can be assessed to join our National Stream program. National Stream coaches have a clear set of standards that must be met to swim at this level. Athletes might train 16 to 23 hours each week. They would compete in at least 5 meets each year. Team travel is a big part of this program. These high-performance athletes will experience Canada’s highest levels of national artistic swimming competition, create experiences to be captured on their CV and may have the opportunity to apply to the national team selection process as well.
